1. What is your task at Mitsubishi Fuso?
I work in international sales controlling. It is currently my task to track forex developments while calculating the company’s currency exposure in the markets in which Mitsubishi Fuso is active. Furthermore I am being introduced into the world of controlling and am being taught the necessary combination of insights and skills for this task. I am frequently included in preparing material for top management which exposes me to how the company is developing strategically. Overall it is a very interesting and rewarding experience.
 
2. Why is it special to work at Mitsubishi Fuso?
I have the opportunity to prepare documents for meetings in which strategic decisions regarding the future of the company’s business strategy is discussed. Since I am able to participate during these meetings I feel like I have a very deep and valuable insight into the very core of MFTBC business. Additionally, I am very lucky to have been placed in a very friendly team and to have the opportunity to work for a manager whose depth of knowledge and ability to instruct continue to empower and inspire me.
 
3. Why did you choose to join Mitsubishi Fuso?
MFTBC stands for quality, professionalism and innovation not only in Japan, but throughout the world. It is this kind of environment that facilitates my professional growth and development. I wanted to explore the dynamic of a Japanese/German company and the corporate culture that is created through them mixing. As Japanese corporations are beginning to internationalize, Mitsubishi Fuso is truly a frontrunner that enjoys visible success.

1. What is your task at Mitsubishi Fuso?
I am belonging to the Recruiting Team. My main responsibility is the implementation of a new HR marketing strategy. This includes the exciting task of creating a totally new HR Career site, starting from the design through structure and content layout. Further, I am assigned with social media recruiting, evaluation of new recruitment channels, and have the great opportunity to assist the selection process and attend job fairs. And that is what I really like at my internship - the mixture of strategic and operational Human Resources tasks.
 
2. What is special to work at Mitsubishi Fuso?
Since my first day I got the possibility to work independently and creatively. I also have the freedom to prioritize my tasks for the projects I am responsible for. My colleagues are extremely cooperative, friendly and hard-working. It is nice to have really good laugh with my colleagues and as well as supporting each other. Several colleagues are now close friends whom I like spending time with after work. I realize that this kind of office atmosphere is not to be taken for granted.
All in all, Mitsubishi Fuso is one of the best employers I have worked for, with challenging tasks and extraordinary contacts and friendships at the workplace.
 
3. Why did you choose to join Mitsubishi Fuso?
Mitsubishi Fuso is a truly global company. I have the opportunity to work with people from nearly all over the world and in this way get to know different cultures and systems. Every day I experience just how important these totally different people and influences are to the success of the company. It is great working for Mitsubishi Fuso. I still enjoy going to the office every day. My team supports me in my personal development and constantly provides me with new challenges.
